Carolina Heating & Air Design believes the best way to keep your current heating and air
conditioning system running to the best of it’s ability is to have it maintained twice a year.
Our Preferred Customer Agreement not only keeps your system clean, but it also helps
keep the system running at it’s peak efficiency. This saves you on utilities! It also allows
us to run test on the system, parts, and components. This will give us a heads up if you
have a part that is becoming weak or worn. We will let you know if there are any parts
that may need to be replaced, and not leave you with no heating or cooling when it is
needed most. We try our best to perform all maintenance inspections preseason.
