Carolina Heating & Air Design believes the best way to keep your heating and air conditioning system running to the best of it's ability is to have it maintained twice a year.  Our Preferred Customer Agreement not only keeps your system clean, but it also helps keep the system running at it's peak efficiency. This helps save you on utility costs! It also allows us to run test on the system, parts and components. This will give us a heads up if you have a part that is becoming weak or worn. We will let you know if there are any parts that may need to be replaced, so that you are not left without heating or cooling when you need it the most! Below is a list of the benefits of our PCA program.

  • Maintenance: We provide two seasonal tune-ups per year (one cooling and one heating). These tune-ups are performed during normal business hours.
  • Discounts: You will receive a 15% discount on all repairs!
  • Priority Scheduling: If a problem occurs, as a PCA member, your call will take priority over non-PCA calls.
  • Emergency Service: If an emergency situation arises, we have a service technician on call 24 hours a day with no overtime rates.
  • Increase Equipment Life: A well tuned and clean system will increase the equipment life-span.
  • Peace of Mind: As a PCA member, you can be assured that your heating and air is working safely, properly, and as efficient as that system is capable of operating. You will always know who to call if you do have a problem.
  • Diagnostic Fee Waived: PCA customers always will have diagnostic fee waived with repair. Even on after hours calls.
